Its +1080 max health untalented for the group, and 1350 with 5/5 in commanding presence. If 1 warrior is in the tank group then this should be used, with 2 then both commanding and battle shout can be used. The battle shout will increase the tanks threat and thus help the whole raid. And it does not have to be a fury warrior buffing the melee group with battle shout, most arms warriors will have the shouts talented too.
